Description:
Starr Commonwealth, located in Columbus, Ohio seeks candidates to work as part of a treatment team with culturally diverse adjudicated adolescent males in a residential setting. Applicants must possess strong value system, courage in the face of resistance and exceptional problem solving skills. Strength-based program addresses problems of troubled youth referred by the court system or private referrals.

Responsibilities Include:
Working closely with treatment team in constructing and maintaining treatment plans for individual youth and for the group, assist in organizing and supervising work assignments and group activities, and teach basic living skills. Strength-based program addresses problems of troubled youth referred by the court system.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, and Sociology or related fields. $11.60 an hour with BA/BS or $10.73 an hour with HS diploma or GED. Health benefits after 90 day waiting period. The successful applicant must pass drug screen, TB test, criminal history and driving record background checks.
