Wages: $37,284 - $39,122 depending on level of experience
Montcalm School, a private therapeutic boarding school
of Starr Commonwealth, seeks energetic individual to provide therapeutic group
treatment for autism spectrum adolescent population. The corporate headquarters is located in lower
mid-Michigan along I-94, 100 miles west of Detroit, 50 miles west of Ann Arbor
(University of Michigan), 50 miles south of Lansing (Michigan State University)
and 40 miles east of Kalamazoo (Western Michigan University).
Responsibilities include conducting group therapy, developing
treatment plans, conducting family meetings, coordinating other client needs,
and providing leadership for treatment team. Applicant must possess strong
leadership skills, motivation and courage.
Masters Degree in related field required with state licensure
preferred. Must have prior experience working with youth. Outstanding benefits after 90 day waiting

must pass drug screen, TB test, criminal history and driving record background
